2. Services Provided

Afreu Mechatronic provides a platform connecting users with manufacturing suppliers for 3D printing, CNC machining, and other manufacturing services. We facilitate the quotation, ordering, and delivery process but are not directly responsible for the manufacturing quality or delivery times.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project specifications and requirements
• Ensure uploaded files are your own or you have proper authorization
• Pay for services as agreed upon with suppliers
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Supplier Obligations

• Provide accurate quotations and delivery estimates
• Maintain quality standards for manufactured parts
• Protect confidential information and designs
• Communicate effectively throughout the production process
• Deliver products according to agreed specifications

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established between users and suppliers. Afreu Mechatronic may charge platform fees as displayed during the quotation process. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are subject to individual supplier policies.

6. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their designs and intellectual property. By uploading files, users grant suppliers a limited license to manufacture the specified parts. Suppliers agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use designs for any purpose other than fulfilling the specific order.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information and design files are kept confidential and used only for order fulfillment. We comply with applicable data protection regulations and implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.

8. Quality and Warranties

While we work with qualified suppliers, Afreu Mechatronic does not provide warranties for manufactured parts. Quality assurance is the responsibility of individual suppliers. Users should inspect delivered parts and address any quality issues directly with suppliers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Afreu Mechatronic acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for supplier performance, part quality, delivery delays, or any damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the platform fees paid, if any.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between users and suppliers, we encourage direct communication. If needed, we may facilitate mediation but are not obligated to resolve disputes. Users and suppliers may pursue legal remedies independently.

11. Platform Usage

• Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Account information must be accurate and up to date
• Users are responsible for maintaining account security
• Prohibited activities include spam, fraud, or misuse of the platform
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We recommend reviewing terms periodically.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate their account at any time. Upon termination, users remain responsible for outstanding orders and payments. Afreu Mechatronic may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Tunisia. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
